When a client engages The Ink Creative, they are entering into a minimum three-month contract. This timeframe ensures that our content strategy has time to build momentum and begin showing results. Payment Structure
To begin the process, full payment for the three-month contract is required upfront. This payment secures your spot in our content calendar and allows us to begin work immediately. Once payment is received, you’ll be scheduled for a one-on-one strategy session to kick off your content journey.
Strategy & Planning
The initial strategy meeting is an essential step in our process. During this session, we’ll learn more about your business, your audience, and your goals. From there, The Ink Creative will develop a customized content plan that includes blog titles and keyword research designed to support your SEO and marketing objectives. This plan will be sent to you for review and approval before any writing begins.
Blog Creation & Delivery
Upon approval of the content plan, our team — including professional writers and AI tools — will get to work producing your monthly blog content. Each piece will be written with your industry, brand voice, and target keywords in mind. Once completed, the blogs will be delivered to you in an organized format, ready for publishing.
Client Responsibility
While The Ink Creative handles the research, writing, and planning, the client is responsible for scheduling and publishing the blog posts on their website or platform of choice. This allows you to control the timing and integration of content within your broader marketing strategy.
